BCSA (Bonsystems Cycloidal Actuator)

BCSA (Bonsystems Cycloidal Smart Actuator) is a motor reducer based on a cycloidal gear system. By integrating a cycloidal gear within a frameless motor, it delivers high torque even in an ultra-thin profile. Its hollow structure enhances design flexibility, while the low gear wear ensures exceptional durability.

In today’s industrial landscape, there is a growing demand for products optimized for energy efficiency and heavy-load operations. In particular, the electrification of actuators is being actively pursued as an alternative to traditional hydraulic systems, which suffer from high maintenance costs and low efficiency.
