What should I do if I don't know the model name?

If you are unsure about the specifications of a model when making a purchase inquiry, please refer to the detailed specifications for each model on the product page before contacting us.

We offer module configurations that combine our reducers with motors for customers purchasing our products. If you provide the product category, desired specifications, or requirements (e.g., backlash, size, torque, etc.), we will recommend suitable models and motors.

Please include details about the intended application and desired specifications in your inquiry. Providing detailed information allows our team to recommend the most suitable product for your needs.

For reducer purchases, it is generally helpful to provide the model and specifications of the motor you are using (or plan to use), the intended application, and the required specifications.

In principle, the Company promptly destroys personal information after the purpose of its collection and use has been achieved. The procedures and methods for destruction are as follows:

Destruction Procedure:
Information entered by members for purposes such as membership registration is transferred to a separate database (or a separate document storage space for paper records) after the purpose is achieved. It is stored for a certain period based on internal policies and other related laws before being destroyed. Personal information transferred to the separate database is not used for any purpose other than as required by law.

Destruction Method:
Personal information stored in electronic file formats is deleted using technical methods that render the records irrecoverable.



Provision of Personal Information

The Company does not provide users' personal information to external parties without their consent, except in the following cases:
- When required by law or when requested by law enforcement authorities in accordance with the procedures and methods prescribed by law.



Delegation of Personal Information Handling

The Company does not delegate the handling of customers' personal information to external entities without consent. If such delegation becomes necessary, the Company will notify users of the delegation recipient and details of the delegated tasks and obtain prior consent if required.



Rights of Users and Their Legal Representatives and How to Exercise Them

Users and their legal representatives can view or modify their personal information or the personal information of children under the age of 14 at any time and may also request to cancel their membership.

To view or modify personal information, users can select "Change Personal Information" (or "Modify Member Information"). To cancel membership (withdraw consent), users can click "Withdraw" and complete the identity verification process. Alternatively, users can contact the person in charge of managing personal information by mail, phone, or email, and the Company will promptly take action.

When users request corrections for errors in their personal information, the Company will not use or provide the information until the corrections are completed. If incorrect personal information has already been provided to a third party, the Company will promptly notify the third party of the correction results so the corrections can be applied.

Personal information that has been canceled or deleted at the request of the user or legal representative is handled as specified in the "Retention and Use Period of Personal Information" and is not accessed or used for any other purpose.
