As the next step, we introduce the BCSA Micro Series, a micro actuator designed specifically for robotic hands.

BCSA Micro is an ultra-compact Cycloidal Micro Actuator with a diameter of only 18 mm, small enough to be directly integrated into robotic finger joints.

It overcomes the durability and torque transmission limitations of conventional tendon-driven finger designs, enabling direct-drive robotic hands with improved performance and usability.

Powered by Bonsystems’ core cycloidal gear technology, BCSA Micro delivers stable torque transmission and high durability, even at an extremely small scale.

With this launch, Bonsystems’ actuator lineup now extends beyond humanoid upper and lower body joints to include finger joints as well.
